Represented Defendants/Respondents and obtained favorable summary judgment; Plaintiffs/Appellants appealed Defendants/Respondents' MSJ under Government Code Section 17004.7 (police pursuit). Prepared and argued Respondents brief in California Court of Appeal Fourth District. Case currently remanded back to trial court in 2017 on negligence/wrongful death.

Successfully defended the City of Banning with a Motion for Summary Judgment against 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 claims against law enforcement and the City. Subsequent appeal by Williams affirmed the lower court decision. (Williams v. Stolar (9th Cir. 2015) 616 Fed.Appx. 253)
